First, UPVC Profile bends and deforms before cutting
It mainly appears in two forms:
1. Bending and deformation during the production process;

Two forms of identification methods: unpacking and inspection of the whole package of profiles, after unpacking, take two of the curved profiles and place their large faces in the direction of the sun. Observe the bending trend. If they are bent in the same direction, it is proved to be production. The profile is already bent during the process, and vice versa, the profile is bent due to improper storage or improper transportation.
Due to its unique plasticity, plastic-steel profiles will bend and deform if placed on uneven ground for 6 hours. If you do not strictly follow the requirements of the "Profile Handling and Storage Management Regulations", it is easy to cause this phenomenon to occur. If such a phenomenon occurs in a timely manner, the profile should be "wrapped tightly" and placed outdoors on a flat ground and placed flat and exposed to the sun for 24 hours to solve the problem.
Second, UPVC Profile discoloration
Mainly due to improper process control and unreasonable adjustment of the formula system during the production process. Secondly, it is caused by lead sulfide corrosion in the air.
The processing method is to try to solve the problem by adjusting the batch, and vice versa.
Third, UPVC Profile cracking
1. Direct cracking along the welded seam or gradually extending to the section after cracking along the welded seam is mainly due to poor welding technology, inaccurate cutting size or improper construction.
The comprehensive analysis mainly has the following points:
①The set temperature of the welded plate does not match the actual temperature. For example, the set temperature of the welded plate is 250 degrees and the actual temperature is only 245 degrees or 255 degrees. This phenomenon directly affects the welding quality.
The solution is to check the process temperature, to see whether the welding temperature is reasonable, mainly by visually inspecting the weld bumps after welding. After welding, the weld bead should be slightly yellow. When adjusting, 5 degrees is a gradient and slowly adjust until the yellowish phenomenon appears.
②The inadequate adjustment of the auxiliary backing plate of the welding machine leads to the dislocation of the welding port of the profile. When this phenomenon occurs, the auxiliary backing plate should be adjusted in time to avoid unnecessary waste.
③The layering is appropriate and not too long. Many assembly plants pursue "strictly fitting the seams", and the bead is 1-2mm larger than the appropriate size. This will easily cause the weld fillet to crack or the bead will go out of the groove. It is recommended that the bead be slightly shorter.
④ The interference of aluminum slide rail is seriously exceeding the standard, and the interference of aluminum slide rail should be controlled within 0.05mm.
⑤Improper handling, try to handle it gently, preferably without fan or glass, and the storage floor should be as flat as possible.
⑥In order to prevent cracking, the installation holes should be pierced before welding to avoid excessive force on the frame during installation, which may cause cracking of the weld corners.
The installation hole should be as far away as possible from the welding angle ≥300mm to reduce the tension of the expansion bolt to the welding angle.
⑦When installing expansion bolts, do not install them too tightly. It is recommended that the lower frame is not fixed with expansion bolts.
⑧Because the protective film is clamped into the weld seam during "novice" welding, which seriously affects the strength of the weld angle, it is recommended to lift the protective film at the end of the profile by 5cm during welding.
2. Crack directly along the section
The direct cracking of the profile along the section is mainly caused by the instability of the production formula system, but it is also necessary to consider whether there is a tendency to violent construction, and determine whether there are knock marks on the section of the profile.
