UPVC is an amorphous thermoplastic resin made of vinyl chloride monomer through polymerization reaction and added with certain additives (such as stabilizer, lubricant, filler, etc.). In addition to using additives, it also uses the method of blending with other resins to make it have obvious practical value.
The UPVC profiles developed and produced by Jijing are environment-friendly materials. The unique UPVC resin polymer formula of Jijing is different from the ordinary plastic steel PVC on the market. The main differences are as follows:
① Calcium zinc stabilizer: Jijing UPVC profiles do not contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury, etc. Most of the traditional ordinary plastic steel profiles on the market are lead salt stabilizers, which contain a lot of heavy metals.
② High physical performance: especially the high angle strength. After July 2019, the new process of integrating fan and glass will be adopted to ensure "never falling". Even under the impact of strong external forces, the window sash will not be significantly deformed.
③ Light aging resistance: add titanium alloy to UPVC profiles to improve their heat resistance, light resistance and weather resistance, improve their physical and chemical properties, enhance their mechanical strength, and extend their service life. The use of titanium alloy ensures the light aging resistance of profiles.
