1. Look at the appearance:
High-quality profiles have uniform dimensions, reasonable internal cavity structure, soft color, smooth protective film, no air bubbles, and wall thickness extensions are generally 2 mm.
First look at whether the packaging of the profile (that is, the protective film attached to the profile is also a trademark) is flat and smooth, with or without bubbles, and whether it is in a straight line from one end to the other. The trademarks of counterfeit profiles are all pasted by hand, there will be a lot of bubbles, and skewed, the quality of the trademark is also very poor, you can see through careful observation.
Tear off the protective film and look at the surface of the profile. The surface of a good profile is very flat and smooth, there are no uneven spots, it has brightness, and the color is really white (like milk). Look at the wall thickness of the profile. The main wall thickness of the good profile is all. It can reach more than two millimeters, and there is the toughness of the profile. You can clamp the wall of the profile with a vise and break it back and forth. The good profile will not fall off easily (not applicable in winter because the temperature is lower in winter, and the plastic will become very brittle) Strictly speaking, in accordance with the relevant national industry regulations, the processing of plastic steel windows is not allowed in an environment below 10 degrees.
2. Look at the anti-counterfeiting code:
The side of the genuine plastic steel profile is marked with an anti-counterfeiting code, which is composed of dotted 20-digit Arabic numerals. The numbers are clear and easy to identify, without repetition, and not easy to erase. Inferior plastic steel profile coding numbers are fuzzy, easy to erase, and the numbers are often repeated.
Another thing is to look at the anti-counterfeiting code. There will be anti-counterfeiting code on the real profile. Generally speaking, you can distinguish the true from the false without calling the inquiry phone. There will be 4 to 6 coding groups on a 6-meter-long profile. First of all, check whether the handwriting of the inkjet code group is clear and complete.
