5. The assembly gap between two adjacent components is less than 0.5mm, and the flatness of the welding place of two adjacent components should not be greater than 0.8mm
6. The gap between the bottom corners of the glass beads is not more than 1mm, and the assembly is firm. Two beads should not be used on one side.
7. The hardware fittings are installed in the correct position, the quantity is complete, the installation is firm, the switch is flexible, and it is strong enough.
8. After the sealing strip is assembled, it should be uniform, firm, tightly connected, and there should be no grooves.
9. After the frame fan is assembled, the switch function must not be hindered, and the door and window sash must not be warped.
10. For the fixing of each section steel, there are no less than 3 screws, the spacing is not more than 300mm, and the distance from the end of the section steel is not more than 100mm. The fixed section steel must not be loosened.
11. The size of the glass is calculated from the light-transmitting side of the window frame and window sash, and the overlap of each side is not less than 8mm. When installing the glass, a shock-proof pad must be installed around the glass.
