4. The difference of the diagonal size of the window frame sash, the allowable deviation (300㎜~900㎜)≤+2.0㎜, (901㎜~1500㎜)≤+2.5㎜, (1501㎜~2000㎜)≤+3.0㎜ .
5. The assembly gap between two adjacent components is less than 0.5mm, and the same flatness of the welding place of two adjacent components should not be greater than 0.8mm.
6. The gap between the corner seams under the glass bead should not be greater than 1mm, and the assembly should be firm, and two beadings should not be used on one side.
7. The hardware fittings are installed in the correct position, complete in quantity, firm installation, flexible switch, and have sufficient strength.
8. After the sealing strip is assembled, it should be uniform, firm, and tightly connected, and there should be no grooving.
9. After the frame fan is assembled, the switch function shall not be hindered, and the door and window sash shall not be warped.
10. For the fixing of each section steel, the screws shall not be less than 3, the spacing shall not be greater than 300mm, and the distance from the end of the section shall not be greater than 100mm. The fixed section steel shall not be loosened.
11. The size of the glass, counting from the light-transmitting edge of the window frame and window sash, the overlap on each side should not be less than 8mm. When installing the glass, it is necessary to install shock-proof pads around the glass.
