With the rapid development of society and the increasingly advanced science and technology, uPVC Profiles are becoming more and more popular. The following is a brief introduction to the production method of uPVC Profiles.
uPVC Profiles Storage
uPVC Profiles avoid contact and friction with hard, rough and sharp objects during transportation, and avoid high temperature, sun, rain, oil, corrosive chemicals, dust and other damage during storage. When the profiles are stored outdoors, there must be shielding protection measures, and non-white profiles should be stored away from light.
uPVC Profiles cutting
The cutting speed is about 60-70m//sec;
Ensure proper feed rate; blunt serrations or excessively fast feed rates can cause kerf defects;
The angle of the saw blade is precisely adjusted to 45 degrees, and the maximum angle error is 0.5 degrees;
Strictly follow the given length limit, and the length error does not exceed 0.5mm;
The cut profiles should be placed with the notch facing down and welded within 48 hours. In order to avoid contamination of the surface of the incision caused by excessive storage, and affect the welding quality.
uPVC Profiles Drilling and Milling
The feed rate and cutting speed of drilling decrease with the increase of drilling depth;
Drilling holes with a diameter greater than 20mm should use a double-flute drill bit, and drilling holes with a diameter greater than 40mm should use a progressive light drill bit.
uPVC Profiles welding
The welding parameters meet the following requirements:
Welding plate temperature: 245-250 degrees
Warm-up time: >30s
Pressing time: >30s
Welding pressure: 0.2-0.3MP
Welds must not be yellowed.
After welding, the welding corner should avoid rapid cooling, severe impact, corner cleaning or drilling and milling cutting around the welding seam should be carried out at least 1 minute after the welding is completed.
uPVC Profiles Clear Corner
Welding cooling cannot be applied in any way.
Corner cleaning is best done after welding: between 1 minute and 30 minutes to ensure the welding strength and obtain high-quality corner seam cleaning results.
The width of the decorative grooves plane planed on both sides of the welding fillet is 3mm, and the concentration is not more than 0.3mm.
Too much depth of cut or increased pounding when cleaning inside corners due to a dull tool can result in reduced fillet strength.
Drilling too deep or too wide on the inside corners (especially the sealant grooves) will result in reduced fillets and compromise water tightness.
uPVC Profiles Recessed
Do not over-stretch any glue strips installed, and ensure that the glue length is approximately 2% longer than the slot length. The sealing strip between casement sash and sash is a rubber strip around a circle, and its butt joint should be in the middle of the upper horizontal edge, not at the corner, let alone cut into several sections. The strips should be flat at the corners. The sealing strip of the press-fitted glass should be cut at 45 degrees at the corner to ensure that the length of the strip and the cutting angle are closely overlapped. Color bonding at the adhesive strip interface can achieve better sealing effect. Select the appropriate type of seal according to the glass thickness. The sealing strip must be completely inserted into the groove to ensure the sealing effect and the normal installation of the glass. Many connections are not allowed in the same slot.
