2. Generally, a gap of 10-20 mm should be reserved between the UPVC Profile Door & Window frame and the wall structure, and light materials (acrylate, polyurethane, foam plastic, mineral wool, glass wool, etc.) should be filled. Sealing paste is required.
3. When installing hardware accessories for UPVC Profile Door & Window, they should be screwed in with self-tapping screws after drilling, not directly. The tightening degree of various fixing screws should be basically the same to avoid deformation of doors and windows.
4. The fixed connector can be made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.5 mm, and its width should not be less than 15 mm, and should not be installed on the joints of the middle horizontal frame and the middle vertical frame, so as to avoid the deformation of the outer frame due to limited expansion.
5. The distance between the fixed connectors (points) should not be greater than 600 mm. Connectors should be provided at 100-150 mm from the four corners of the window frame, the middle horizontal frame and the middle vertical frame, and each connector should not be less than two. screws.
6. Before inserting the sealant, clean the floating ash at the bottom of the frame.
7. When installing combined windows (doors), the two window (door) frames should be tied with the splicing material, and the fasteners should be tightened in both directions after the binding. The spacing of the fasteners should be no more than 600 mm, and the gaps between the ends of the fasteners and the splicing material and the window (door) frame should be sealed with caulking paste. Both ends of the spliced profile steel must be firmly fixed with the hole.
8. The temperature of the storage environment of UPVC Profile Door & Window should be lower than 50℃; the distance from the heat source should be more than 1 meter. If the plastic steel window has been stored in an environment with a temperature of 0 °C, it should be placed at room temperature for 24 hours before installation.
9. The combination of UPVC Profile Door & Window and the combination of windows and doors should be lined with strengthened steel that fits closely with its inner cavity. The cross-sectional size of the splicing material of the outer window, the shape of the profiled steel, and the wall thickness should enable the combined window to withstand the instantaneous wind pressure in the area.
10. Except for stainless steel materials, UPVC Profile Door & Window components and fixed connectors should be treated with anti-corrosion.
11. Before installing the glass in UPVC Profile Door & Window, the sundries in the slot should be cleaned up.
