WHY USE PVC PROFILES WHEN INSTALLING INSULATED METAL PANELS?
Because, first of all, PVC hygienic profiles are quicker to install on an insulated sandwich panel than a steel flashing. You won’t need any sealant to make them adhere, as they have a flexible lip that adapts its shape to the ribbed surface of a metal sandwich panel.
Here you can save about 1000 dollars in sealant and working hours for 10 sqm cold-room.
Second, it will be quicker to clean a cold-room, as you won’t need to clean the corners, which takes time, and you will save water, detergent and, most important, time.
